As an authentication mechanism we record users phone numbers. This is then used to identify users in the backend system to be able to send/receive payment requests. A username is also linked to this phone number which is then used to display as the name in the app.

We understand that this is personally identifiable information and we strive to keep it secure, however if any user for whatever reason wishes to delete the account, they can follow the these steps to request it:

1. Email us the request to delete your data on this email: [email protected]
2. The subject of the email should be "Request to delete account: <username>"
3. Provide your phone number in the email.
4. We will work on your request and will delete all your account data within 48 hours and will notify you via email when its done.

It is important to keep in mind that this app does not have any ads and we do not share your data with any third party whatsoever.
